The International Police Academy (IPA) hereby issues this official statement confirming the termination and full revocation of all honorary and representative associations 

previously granted to:

Archbishop Carl Robinson

This decision was made following an internal governance and compliance review in accordance with institutional policies and international administrative standards.

Termination of Archbishop Carl Robinson by International Police Academy UNIPOL

1. Termination of Affiliation

Effective immediately, the individual named above:

• Holds no position, title, or affiliation with the International Police Academy

• Is not authorized to represent, speak for, or act on behalf of the Academy in any capacity

• Must not use the Academy’s name, identity, insignia, or institutional references

  
  

2. Public Protection Notice

Any statements, claims, or representations suggesting affiliation with the International Police Academy are unauthorized and invalid.

The Academy does not endorse or recognize any such representations.

3. Legal Rights Reserved

The International Police Academy reserves all legal rights to protect its:

• Name and institutional identity

• Intellectual property and branding

• Reputation and goodwill

Appropriate legal measures will be taken where necessary to prevent misuse or misrepresentation.

4. Institutional Integrity

The Academy remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of governance, integrity, and institutional accountability.
