The International Police Academy – UNIPOL formally announces the appointment of His Royal Majesty King Edmund Keli‘i Paki-Silva II as Grand Royal Chancellor of the International Police Academy (UNIPOL), effective 20 December 2025.
This historic appointment is made under the leadership of Dr. Alexander Jan M. (Hany El Zahar), Executive Director, Founder, and CEO of the International Police Academy – UNIPOL, with the full support of Prof. Yuval Binstoc, Sir Junustia Brecen, and IPA President (Rtd.) Senior Superintendent of Police Shuaib Adam HSC, OLY, VJ, International Director of Law Enforcement, Police, and Military.
His Royal Majesty King Edmund Keli‘i Paki-Silva II stands as a contemporary steward of ancestral tradition, cultural integrity, and sovereign heritage of the Hawaiian people.
