The "UNIPOL" identity—including but not limited to the name, acronym, logo, visual branding, and institutional nomenclature—is legally protected under international trademark conventions and intellectual property frameworks.

Unauthorized appropriation or misuse of this branding to imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or representation of the United Nations or its agencies (particularly UN Police/UNPOL) is strictly prohibited and constitutes:

• Trademark infringement under the Paris Convention and TRIPS Agreement

• Potential violation of UN Resolution 54/250 on protection of nomenclature

• Criminal fraud in multiple jurisdictions

The United International Police and Law Enforcement University will pursue all available legal remedies through national courts and international bodies against any entity misusing its protected intellectual property.
