The following are legally protected under international trademark and copyright laws:

All associated logos, badges, seals, and insignia

B. COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS:

Training curricula and certification programs

Official documents, certificates, and diplomas

Uniform designs, patches, and rank insignia

Digital content, website material, and publications

Multimedia training resources (videos, manuals, software)
3. AUTHORIZED USE
Permission is AUTOMATICALLY GRANTED only to:

✅ Active IPA-UNIPOL students and graduates (for personal identification)

✅ Official instructors and staff (for professional duties)
-
✅ Government and law enforcement partners (under signed MOU)
-
✅ Accredited training centers (with licensing agreement)
4. STRICTLY PROHIBITED USES
Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to:

❌ False claims of affiliation or certification

❌ Modification or alteration of logos

5. LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
Violation of these protections constitutes:

Trademark Infringement under the Paris Convention and TRIPS Agreement

Copyright Violation under the Berne Convention

Criminal Fraud in multiple jurisdictions (U.S., EU, Interpol member states)

Potential Violation of UN Resolution 54/250 on protection of international nomenclature
The International Police Academy will pursue:

Immediate cease and desist orders

Civil lawsuits for damages and lost revenue

Criminal complaints with national and international law enforcement

Formal petitions to the United Nations and Interpol for egregious violations
