Inspecteur Massoud’s journey within the Dutch police force began in his early years with the Dutch Emergency Police (Politie Noodhulp), where he quickly gained recognition for his operational effectiveness and leadership potential. Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of experience in key departments such as:
Criminal Investigation (Mediating in Crime Solving)
Tax Evasion Investigations (Fiscal Crime Investigation)
Stadium and Event Security (Public Order and Safety Management)

Members of the IPA are entitled to certain privileges and immunities under international law, including but not limited to diplomatic privileges and immunities, as well as immunity from civil and criminal jurisdiction in the host country. This card should be honored by all officials in accordance with international law."
