Colonel Naseem Al Manaseer is a highly accomplished military leader and counterterrorism expert, known for his extensive service in the Jordanian Special Forces and Intelligence Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature and Military Science from Mu'tah University (Military Wing) in Alkarak, Jordan (1995-1999).

Throughout his distinguished career, Colonel Al Manaseer has held several high-profile leadership positions within the Jordanian military and intelligence community, demonstrating his capabilities in strategic planning, operational command, and crisis management:
Head of Various Security Offices: Led security offices in key governorates such as Aqaba, Madaba, Ramtha, and the northern region, ensuring the safety and security of these critical areas.
Special Forces Leadership: Directed the Special Royal Guard and the 71st Counterterrorism Battalion, emphasizing rapid response and sniper operations.
Military Intelligence Leadership: Served in the Directorate of Military Intelligence, focusing on data and information security, critical infrastructure protection, and international border security.
Training and Mentorship: As an Air Marshal Officer (Trainer), he contributed to the training and development of security personnel, enhancing their skills in aviation security and counterterrorism measures.
Founder of Rapid Action Sections: Established the DMS Rapid Action and Operation Section and the GID Rapid Action and Operations Section, which are crucial for swift response to security threats.
Peacekeeping and International Experience

This card should be honored by all officials in accordance with international law."
