Coordinator Director - Ecuador
DhC. Silvia Lizbeth Cueva Andrade is a dedicated leader in peace education and social welfare, with a strong background in administrative and educational roles. She currently serves as the Coordinator Director for Section Ecuador at the International Police Academy (IPA), where she works closely with Colonel Dr. Gustavo Cabezas to enhance law enforcement training and education within the country.

In her role at the IPA, DhC. Cueva Andrade supports the Academy’s mission to develop effective law enforcement strategies and educational programs. She plays a critical part in coordinating efforts to implement innovative training solutions and in maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity within the academy.

Directora de la Región Sur, Instituto Mundial Líderes de Paz, Cuenca, Ecuador
DhC. Cueva Andrade has been serving as the Director of the Southern Region at the Instituto Mundial Líderes de Paz since June 2024. In this role, she focuses on promoting peace education, developing leadership skills among students, and fostering a culture of non-violence and social responsibility.

Doctora en Artes Heráldicas, Universidad Internacional Campus Virtual Wisdom
DhC. Cueva Andrade earned her doctorate in Heraldic Arts from the Universidad Internacional Campus Virtual Wisdom, where she specialized in the study of symbols and coats of arms. Her academic background enriches her approach to education and leadership, providing a unique perspective on cultural and historical studies.
