Donnell Walters is an 18-year veteran of the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department.
Currently holding the rank of Police Sergeant, he is assigned to Community Engagement & Recruitment. When he is not diligently working to ensure the best qualified candidates are afforded an opportunity to pursue a Police Officer career path, he is representing more than 372 underrepresented commissioned & and civilian employees as the President of the Ethical Society of Police.
A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Sergeant Walters holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Security and Management. Honorary Doctorate for Social Leadership from Harvest Christian University.
