Background and Special Forces Experience:
Lieutenant General Adam Ismail is a distinguished military leader renowned for his expertise in Delta Forces and counter-terrorism operations. USA
He received specialized training under both Jordanian and American authorities, culminating in a personal certification from His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan.
With a proven track record in command and operations, he has been instrumental in leading reconnaissance and surveillance units, notably within the Iraqi Presidential Brigade from 2005 to 2014.
Military Intelligence Expertise:
Lieutenant General Ismail has demonstrated pioneering responsibility for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, driving critical intelligence efforts within his brigade.

"This ID card serves as proof of membership in the International Police Academy (IPA), an Intergovernmental Organization (IGO) with members working in government, police, and military sectors. Members of the IPA are entitled to certain privileges and immunities under international law, including but not limited to diplomatic privileges and immunities, as well as immunity from civil and criminal jurisdiction in the host country. This card should be honored by all officials in accordance with international law."
