With over 20 years of unparalleled experience, including distinguished service with the Metropolitan Police Service / Scotland Yard, in London.
H.E Hon. M. Don Lahoucine Goghrod. is a seasoned professional in the field of Policing/ law enforcement.
His illustrious career encompasses roles such as Station Officer, with the Met Police, and also served with the elite SO15 Counter Terrorism Command Unit, and a proven track record in intelligence. Notably, he has been honoured with a prestigious Police commendation, from the Metropolitan Police Service, recognizing him as the Best Police Staff of the Year. Additionally, he has been awarded a Police Medal by the UK Prime Minister, a testament to his exceptional contributions and commitment to public safety.
Beyond national borders, H.E Hon. M. Don Lahoucine Goghrod, currently serves as an Ambassador/Diplomat with the United Nations (UNASDG), in this capacity, he holds the crucial role of Director in charge of International Police Cooperation at global level, fostering collaboration and coordination between law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Members of the IPA are entitled to certain privileges and immunities under international law, including but not limited to diplomatic privileges and immunities, as well as immunity from civil and criminal jurisdiction in the host country. This card should be honored by all officials in accordance with international law."
